alright
freshies, i know you've not been to Temasek Culinary Academy (TCA for short)
so i'm sure you guys are dying to know how it looks like beyond the while walls right?
so here i am,
to give u an insight tour of TCA!~
ok, let's start with our restaurant: TOP TABLE!
it can seat up to 80 people~
pretty nice ambience right?
it got some great views too~
and look,
even the lightings is so interesting~
ok, next up is our cafe: SUGARLOAF!~
u guys (esp girls) are going to love it here!
you can totally relax here in your comfy pink-white themed cafe
n enjoy great food by our chefs as well!
being an open concept kitchen,
you are able to see our chefs at work & pick up tips from them too!

n now to our most anticipated interiors
.... (drum roll)....
our kitchen!
this is our pastry kitchen (same level as sugarloaf)
or you can say bakery
basically, that's where you prepare bread, cakes, cookies n stuff
it is not as small as it looks here
there's an adjoining pastry kitchen too
but i didn't managed to take a pic of it yet
ok
this is the skills kitchen
where we are being trained for our basic cooking skills before we "graduate" to operation weeks
all equipment here are STATE-OF-THE-ART
and the whole building costs about 5.5 MILLION!~
and so sadly,
we have come to the end
sorry ah,
it's quite brief 'cause i didn't manage to take enough pictures during our one day tour at TCA
but not to worry freshies!
a TCA TOUR will be organised just for you guys SOON!
